VILLA RULES

SAFETY Supervise children at all times. The pool is very tempting and dangerous for children. The stairs are marble and don’t have a handrail. The roof, appliances and grill can also be dangerous to children. Take care using electrical appliances, grills and knives.

SECURITY When leaving the Villa empty, lock all doors, close all blinds and operate the alarm. Every night, lock all doors, close all blinds and, if instructed to do so, operate the alarm. There are many thefts from gardens – when the property is empty or at night you must take in to the Villa all valuables including deck chairs, games, etc. from the garden.

GOOD NEIGHBORING This is an exclusive residential neighborhood. Ensure quite during the day and complete quiet at night and during rest times. Never play music or shout outdoors. Put garbage/rubbish in the two bins provided in the garage only Park only inside the double parking, not in the driveway.

PROPERTY PROTECTION The pool lining is soft and expensive. Do not bring sharp items, glass or stones anywhere near the pool. Clear away broken glass very carefully (also for the sake of your feet). Close the blinds in the kitchen and dining area when playing basketball. Do not take bathroom towels out to the pool – use the (stripy) pool towels provided Protect the dining room table using the mats provided.

REASONABLE USE No more than 15 people in the Villa at any time Use the phone for calling Israeli land lines only. You cannot call internationally – use a calling card or use Skype from a laptop You can not access Video On Demand or extra for-pay TV channels Please save electricity, water and gas. Turn off lights and air conditioning at night and when going out. You do not need to clean the Villa but you do need to leave it tidy as you would your own home, e.g. do not leave unclean plates and cutlery, stains on the furniture etc.
