At check-in you will be given a tour of the house, garden and roof. You will be provided with two keys and a remote control for the driveway gate. You will receive instructions on operating the house appliances and review the instructions and rules below. You will be asked for the balance of the rent payment and the security check.
At check-out you will be asked to return the keys and remote. The house inventory will be reviewed and you will receive back your deposit check (less the cost of any breakages or lost items other than reasonable wear & tear).

HOUSE RULES - FOR YOUR SAFETY AND COMFORT
Please supervise children at all times and especially around the pool
Always operate the alarm using the code provided immediately before leaving the property empty. Please disarm immediately upon reentering using the same code.
Every night please close the downstairs blinds and arm the alarm using 000 followed by the code. In the morning disarm using your code.
Please do not leave items in the garden overnight or when the house is empty for an extensive periods of time - take deck chairs and other items of value into the house before locking up. Burglaries from gardens are common.
Please do not take bath towels to the pool. Pool towels are provided.
Please always protect the dining table using mats
Please do not take any sharp items in or near the pool as they can puncture the pool lining (and your feet)
When playing basket ball please close all the shutters (blinds) on the North of the house to avoid broken windows.
Avoid excessive noise, especially at night
Parking is limited to two cars - please park them tightly in the villa's own garage and not in the joint driveway. Further vehicles may be parked in the street.
APPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Hot water: Hot water is available most of the time from the solar panels. When you need an unusually large amount of hot water or on a cloudy day, turn on the electrical water heater using the red switch in the stairway a couple of hours before use. Please turn it off promptly after use.
Main LCD TV: Turn on the TV using the TV remote; Turn on the DVD/Receiver using the DVD/Receiver remote; Turn on the Hot cable TV box with its own remote. On the TV remote press the TV/video button until you see Compsite Video 1. On the Receiver press the Function button until it says either DVD or for cable television, until it says AV IN 1. Tip: on the TV remote the yellow button adjusts the aspect ratio.
Master bedroom LCD TV: Turn on the TV using the TV remote; Turn on the DVD using the DVD remote; Turn on the Hot cable TV box with its own remote. On the TV remote press Input until you see "PAL-BG" for cable TV or "AV" for DVD viewing.

Air conditioners
You can find instruction booklets for most appliances in the left-hand draw under the main TV.
Walking directions to Sea: Exit from the back gate and turn left. Walk past the park and cross the main road continuing straight onto Tor. Follow Tor around a left bend and to its end. After Tor 20 turn right onto a sand path and walk straight till the sea.
